This update is to provide industry with an status on SWIFT. The Government is reviewing Phase I submissions. 

The next update will be April 13, 2022. 

NOTE:  Phase I proposals submissions are NOT being accepted.

March 11, 2022- RFP Update---Amendment 0002

The proposal submission due date for Phase I remains unchanged.

The Question and Answer period for Phase I is closed.

March 10, 2022- RFP Update---Amendment 0001

The proposal due date is extended to March 16, 2022.

March 8, 2022- RFP Update

1- The Government is extending Phase I proposal submission due date to March 14, 2022.  

2- The Government will post the responses to industry questions via an amendment to the solicitation as soon as possible.

3- The Government will identify any additional extensions to Phase I proposal submission due date in the solicitation amendment.

This SWIFT solicitation intends to establish Multiple Award (MA), Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts within four separate and distinct domains that encompass a variety of services related to platform as a service (PaaS), hyperautomation, collaborative services, and Visualization. 

In accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.603, Streamlined Solicitation for Commercial Items, Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Procedures, shall be utilized in support of the subject solicitation. As such the following synopsis information as required by FAR subpart 5.207 Preparation and transmittal of synopses is hereby provided to include detail required by aforementioned FAR subpart 12.603.
