Description

****The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate the FAR Class Deviations in accordance with E.O
14173, E.O. 14168., E.O. 14148, and E.O. 14208. Deviations have been updated. More information about the USDA FAR Deviations can be found at https://www.usda.gov/about-usda/general-information/staff-offices/departmentaladministration/
office-contracting-and-procurement-ocp/usda-far-class-deviations. Vendors have until April 8th, 2025 at 1700 MST to submit a bid, and to sign the 1st page of amendment 00001 in order to be considered for the award.  ****

The purpose of this solicitation is to procure road opening services to include removing the snow, earthen barriers, debris (rock/dirt slides), and fallen trees on the Superior R.D. of the Lolo National Forest to allow access for early spring tree planting work. This requirement is for 100% small business set-aside. Evaluation will be lowest priced Technically acceptable. All quotes are due to Contract Specialist NLT March 25th, 2025 1900 MST via email at sarah.cotton@usda.gov. All questions are due to Contract Specialist NLT March 17th, 2025 at 1900 MST.

No Minimum or Maximum amount of hours are guaranteed. Estimated number of hours provided, and are not to be exceeded without approval from the Contracting Officer. Payment will be made for the actual quantity of work completed and accepted.
