Description
The Contractor shall collect and transport incinerator ash from the YSK-1829 incineration facility to an approved disposal facility in accordance with national, prefectural, and Japanese laws, regulations, and JEGS.
The incinerated ashes include fly ashes and bottom ashes.
The incinerator ash disposal site to be transported to shall be the following disposal site approved by Yokosuka City.
Incinerated bottom ashes transport destination (Government designated by other contract incinerated ashes disposal facility): 2333-29, Ooaza Yana Oyama, Tochigi, Japan.
Incinerated fly ashes transport destination (Government designated by other contract incinerated ashes disposal facility): 2-2-1, Nagasaka, Yokosuka city, Kanagawa, Japan.
The Contractor shall provide containers suitable for the collection and transportation of ashes.
The collection and transportation service frequency for incineration should be conducted at a frequency that does not overflow from the container.
The prime contractor must have a waste collection and transportation business license for ash as general waste as required by Japanese government and local government laws regarding waste disposal and cleanup.
