Description

The purpose of this amended post is to provide the answers to the RFI questions. Also, the due date for RFI responses has been extended to Friday August 12, 2022 @ 12:00pm EST.

The following information is provided in accordance with FAR 15.2, Exchanges with Industry Before Receipt of Proposals. The Government presents this Request for Information (RFI) to seek input from industry on the stated requirements and potential acquisition strategy. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) and offers will not be accepted. The Government will not make an award resulting from this RFI. Any information received in response will be used to inform a potential solicitation with the intent to make a Government contract award.

This RFI does not guarantee the release of a solicitation. Responses to the RFI will not be disclosed outside the Government; however, Respondents shall consider information received may be used to shape a future public solicitation and therefore avoid providing proprietary information that could otherwise be disclosed through the solicitation process. Responses to the RFI are voluntary and costs will not be reimbursed.

The Government invites industry to review the draft Statement of Work (SOW) and the anticipated acquisition strategy and to provide capability statements and questions/comments on the strategy as requested below.  The anticipated acquisition strategy for this acquisition is a multiple award Blanket Purchase Agreement against the GSA Federal Supply Schedules or an open market multiple award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract.   The Government anticipates robust participation from small business in response to this RFI to support assessment of potential opportunities for small business set-aside(s). 

The due date and time for questions concerning this RFI is August 1, 2022, 3pm Eastern Time. Respondents shall submit questions/comments using the attached RFI Question Form.

The due date for responses to this RFI is August 8, 2022, 3pm Eastern Time.
