Construction Services Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) for the Piney Woods South Region, SWF
Please note this solicitation requires offerors to enter a National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) score in the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS). The NIST score is required before award.
This announcement is a Design-Bid-Build, competitive Small Business set aside, firm-fixed price, SATOC for construction services at Piney Woods South Region, TX with a capacity of $20M.
The North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) for this procurement is 236220 which has a small business size standard of $45 Million.

The solicitation is anticipated to be issued on or about June 2023, and proposals due on or about July 2023.
Project Scope:
The scope of this acquisition includes minor construction projects at Piney Wood South Region, Texas (which includes Sam Rayburn Reservoir and Town Bluff Lake) This would include a wide variety of repair and minor construction services, such as:
• Carpentry
• Painting
- Paving
- Road Maintenance
- Fencing
- Electrical
- Sign Maintenance and Installation
Ordering period will be a one-year base and four 12-month option periods.
To be eligible for contract award, a firm must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) database. Register via the SAM Internet site at https://sam.gov/. No state level certifications will be accepted.
