Request for Quotes
Place of Performance: The intent for this contract is to provide remote medical coding production coding support to the following MTFs: Aviano Air Base (AB), Italy; Ramstein AB, Germany; Spangdahlem AB, Germany; Royal Air Force (RAF) Lakenheath, United Kingdom (UK); and associated Air Force medical units supported in United States Air Force Europe (USAFE).
The Defense Health Agency (DHA) is a joint, integrated Combat Support Agency that enables the Army, Navy, and Air Force medical services to provide a medically ready force and ready medical force to Combatant Commands in both peacetime and wartime. The essential mission of the DHA Medical Coding Program Branch (DHA-MCPB) is to improve the accuracy and quality of medical coding and documentation across DHA in support of the DHA mission.
The Contract is anticipated to be awarded as a Firm Fixed Price (FFP). The anticipated period of performance is 10 months from September 16, 2023 to July 15, 2024 with 6month option to extend.
