Description

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) anticipates establishing a centralized Qualified Vendor’s List (QVL) to support the project schedule coordination and project oversight in the Air Traffic Organization (ATO) Districts. The FAA is soliciting capability statements from interested Small Business concerns that are interested in becoming a qualified source and can provide the required project schedule coordination and project oversight contract support services for the districts. There are 22 districts and they align with the NAS airspace boundaries. The specific Districts offices are located in the following cities throughout the United Sates;

Albuquerque, New Mexico        Dallas, Texas     Kansas City, Kansas    Oakland, California

Anchorage, Alaska        Denver, Colorado    Los Angeles, California      Salt Lake City, Utah

Atlanta, Georgia          Honolulu, Hawaii           Memphis, Tennessee    Seattle, Washington

Boston, Massachusetts         Houston, Texas         Miami, Florida       Washington, DC

Chicago, Illinois        Indianapolis, Indiana     Minneapolis, Minnesota

Cleveland, Ohio       Jacksonville, Florida      New York, New York

To support this effort the interest firms must provide the below labor categories in accordance with the following minimum requirements and additional qualification requirements as stated in the attached labor category description document.

Airspace Project Distric Coordinator, Project Oversight Engineer, Project Analyst

The information received in response to this sources sought will be used to determine whether there is a reasonable expectation of obtaining offers from responsible vendors from the below  small business concerns that are competitive in terms of providing the required staff with the required qualifications that reside in or near the District boundaries:
