The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6 has a need for EPOXY FLOORING REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT. The solicitation shall be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 13 Place of Performance: The contract facility will be Hunter Holmes McGuire VA Medical Center Richmond Virginia. Period of Performance: Period of Performance for the resultant contract will be a Base Year beginning 1 July 2022 31 July 2022 in strict accordance with all schedules, specification, terms, and conditions and provisions of the contract solicitation. Type of Set-Aside: This acquisition is a set-aside. The applicable NAICS is 238330, Flooring Contractor, with a Small Business Size Standard of $16.5 Million. This requirement will be solicited as a SDVOSB set aside. Contract Type: The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price type contract in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, and specifications of the solicitation.
