Description
Network Contracting Office 02, issues a Request for Quote for 100% Total Small Business Set Aside for certified Diagnostic Medical Physicist services to conduct Diagnostic Imaging and Nuclear Medicine testing and audits for existing equipment (Radiographic, Fluoroscopic, and Computed Tomography (CT)) on behalf of the Department of Veterans Affairs Bronx VAMC . The government intends to award to a fixed price contract in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, and specifications of the solicitation. The period of performance estimated date is October 1, 2022 (or date of award) through September 30, 2027. The schedule will consist of four additional ordering periods, resulting in Task Orders issued each year deemed funding is available. The solicitation will provide instructions to contractors about the offer submission process. In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, System for Award Management, prospective contractors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award; contractors may obtain SAM information at https://www.sam.gov. The applicable NAICS Code is 541690 Other Scientific and Technical Consulting Services with a Small Business Size Standard of $16.5 million. The PSC is H165. All offerors are responsible for downloading all documents including amendments at the Federal Business Opportunities website without further notification from the Contracting Officer.
