The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: 1. Past and current performances, please provide 3 references for companies or government agencies that you supported with work similar in nature according to the Statement of work, complexity and difficulty, please submit required information with the solicitation. 2. Please provide Specialized skills, expertise and knowledge according to the sow, please submit one page. 3. Prices will be evaluated, that offers the most advantageous cost to the government and Technical Acceptance. 4. Vendor must be listed in betasam.gov website and SDVOSB must be listed in the Vendor Information Pages (Vetbiz.gov). https://www.vetbiz.va.gov/ and betasam.gov. (b) Options. N/A (c) A written notice of award or acceptance of an offer, mailed or otherwise furnished to the successful offeror within the time for acceptance specified in the offer, shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party.
