It is the intent of the Kansas City VA Medical Center, (herein afterwards referred to as KCVAMC) to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the reagents and consumables required to operate the Agility and DSX analyzers. The Government will award a multiple vendor BPA for Agility and DSX reagents and consumables. Additional reagents may be added to the BPA as new technology becomes available on the market. Additional VISN 15 facilities may be added if testing requirement change within VISN 15.
