Description
This notice is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Firm, fixed-price quotes are requested under Request for Quotation (RFQ) Solicitation number 140L1224Q0056.
This document incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05. This solicitation will be completed as 100% Small Business Set Aside under the North American Industrial Code (NAICS) code 541620 for Environmental Consulting Services.
Multiple Priority lines (see PWS for priority lines) may be awarded at the time of award, IAW FAR 52.217-4 Evaluation of Options Exercised at Time of Contract. Award.
