Description

This solicitation is for the meeting facility, audio visual with optional cost breakouts for lunch and dinner. The government may conduct a site visit of the quoted facility to determine the adequacy of the meeting space and the feasibility of a successful meeting. Reclamation will require a block of rooms, as described below, and one main ball room, 3 breakout/meeting room. The Contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, material, equipment, services, and meeting rooms to perform exhibition management and meeting coordination.
