The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) North Florida/South Georgia VA Healthcare System (NF/SGVACHS) located at 1601 S.W. Archer Road Gainesville, Florida has a requirement for a Scope lease Program. Background: The North Florida/South Georgia Veterans Healthcare System provides a multitude of scopes and equipment to include but not limited to; rigid scopes, equipment, education, and training for GI, URO, ENT, PULM, ANES, OR speech, SICU, and sleep study. Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) shall provide scopes, rigid scopes, equipment, education, and training to support the entire NF/SG VA Healthcare System scope program. Objective: The North Florida/South Georgia Veterans Healthcare System (NF/SGVAHCS) has a requirement for a multiple Scope Lease Program for both North Florida/South Georgia VA Medical Centers located in Gainesville, FL and Lake City, FL to include outpatient clinics within the NF/SGVAHCS catchment area. The VA anticipates issuing a solicitation for this requirement on or about January 19, 2024. Proposals will be accepted after issuance of the solicitation. Interested contractors will be responsible for downloading copies of the solicitation and (any subsequent amendments) from this website. No hard copies will be made available. The solicitation will provide instructions to contractors about the proposal submission process. Prospective Offerors are encouraged to register their interest in the solicitation on the SAM beta Gov website (https://sam.gov/content/home) so that they are notified of the issuance of the solicitation and any amendments. In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, System for Award Management (SAM), prospective contractors must be registered in SAM to be eligible for award. SAM registration is required under the applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code. Contractors may obtain SAM information at https://www.sam.gov. Registration is free and potential Offerors are encouraged to visit the SAM website. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 334510, Electromedical and Electrotherapeutic Apparatus Manufacturing.
