Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19, Rocky Mountain Acquisition Center (RMAC) is issuing this source sought notice as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in, and the resources to support this requirement for Pest Control. This is for the Rocky Mountain Regional Veterans Affairs Medical Center, located at 1700 N. Wheeling Street, Aurora, CO 80045. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 622110 - General Medical and Surgical Hospitals. The Eastern Colorado Healthcare System (ECHCS), Rocky Mountain Regional (RMR), VA Medical Center has a requirement for Sterile Processing Technicians on an as needed basis. The primary purpose of the Sterile Processing Technician (SPS Sterile Processing Service) is to provide the operating room, dental service, interventional procedural areas, various clinics, wards, departments, CBOCS and other hospital facilities with sterilized and/or high level disinfected (HLD) critical and semi critical reusable medical equipment (RME) such as surgical instruments, instrument sets and flexible endoscopes. BASED ON THE RESPONSES TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE, THIS REQUIREMENT MAY BE SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESSES OR PROCURED THROUGH FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION, and multiple awards MAY be made.
