The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification relative to NAICS 518210 (size standard of 500 Employees). Responses to this synopsis will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. After review of the responses to this source sought synopsis, a solicitation announcement may be published. Responses to this source sought synopsis are not considered adequate responses for a solicitation announcement. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), VISN 22 Network Contracting Office, is seeking sources that can provide Team Impact Behavioral Assessment Training Seminar. Statement of Work Team Impact Behavioral Assessment Seminar Network Contracting Office NCO 22 RPO West Network Contracting Office (NCO) 22 is requesting an engaging four (4) days four (4) hours Team Impact Behavioral Assessment training seminar designed for key team members to identify and measure their own behaviors, leadership, decision making and communication styles. The aim of the seminar is to focus attention on how each individual s behavior impacts the team members, customers, and clients. The vendor shall supply all materials, required add ons, and labor required to complete the training workshop. Proposed pricing should be all-inclusive. Training s will take place virtually. Deliverables - Director of Contracting and Deputy Director of Contracting will have a separate session of the results with the Know Your Talent Team prior to the NCO Teams Collective debriefing. Director of Contracting/Deputy Director of Contracting will receive an electronic copy of all employees results. Everyone who takes the test will receive an electronic copy of their individual results. Deliverables Due Date will be provided prior to the start of the teams collective debriefing. Deliverables will be provided via electronic copy via email prior to teams collective debriefing of results. The C&A requirements do not apply, and a Security Accreditation Package is not required.
