Notice of Intent to Sole Source- Preventive maintenance and repair services

The Executive Office of the United States Attorneys (EOUSA) is issuing an award as a total small business set aside on a sole source basis.  The EOUSA intends to solicit and award to Integrated Security Technologies, 520 Herndon Parkway, Suite C, Herndon, VA 20170, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.

The EOUSA requires semi-annual preventative maintenance and repair services on the Government’s portal entry security doors and parking garage barrier systems for EUSOA.   The portal entry systems consist of a total of (6) Boon Edam Tap 250s (4) with metal detection capabilities and (6) Boon Edam Tourlock 180s equipped with custom remote emergency shaft lock panels.  The Nasatka Security barrier entry systems consist of a total of (2) wedge plates (1) gate arm, (2) UPS systems, (2) traffic signals and (1) control panel.  The Delta Scientific barrier entry system consists of a total of (1) HPU high pressure unit, (6) hydraulic plates, (2) breakaway gate arms, (2) traffic signals and (1) control panel.

The contractor shall meet the following requirements:

- Factory Certified and Authorized Boon Edam, Nasatka Security, and Delta Scientific integrator and has supplied, installed, maintained, and serviced this equipment.

- Provide personnel who can pass an NCIA security check and obtain escorted privileges to enter a government facility.

- Provide semi-annual preventive maintenance on all systems in accordance with the manufacturer recommendations.

- Respond to emergency service within 24 hours, 7 days a week upon a service request submission.

- Have the ability to utilize all system’s manufacturers factory resources such as, technical support and parts procurement.

-Responsible for providing all tools, and labor necessary to support the preventive maintenance and emergency repairs of the government’s portal entry systems and parking garage barrier systems.
