Description

This is a request for information (RFI) for market research purposes only and your response is not an offer. This RFI does not commit the Government to pay any costs incurred in preparation of any submission to this RFI, or to contract for services. All documents are drafts at this time and, could change substantially if an official request for proposal is issued. Due consideration will be given to all feedback, and any feedback received may be used to revise requirements.

This requirement is for Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Life Raft Systems Australia (LSA) Authorized Service Stations only.
Military Sealift Command (MSC) requires Lift Raft Systems Australia (LSA) Service Station support by OEM Authorized, LSA Service Stations for the management of long term (greater than 90 days to one year) and short term (90 days or less) for storage of MES ship sets, certification and maintenance of MSC owned Government Furnished Property (GFP) MES. The requirement will be to support MSC, PM8 Expeditionary Fast Transport (T-EPF) program vessels in full operating status (FOS) and reduced operating status.MSC anticipates the award of a one or more Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts, allowing for storage and maintenance of MES systems in different geographical locations within the United States.
