Description
NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS.
The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) on behalf of the Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) has entered into a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with AAA Pumping Services under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) sole Source.
Emergency request to empty the septic tank at Pueblo Pintado Community School in Pueblo Pintado, NM. The contractor shall remove the solid sewage waste from the 20,000-gallon septic tank to the school campus. The septic tank contains sewage from the school campus comprise of the school and 2 residential dormitories. The tank is nearly full and needs to be emptied before sewage starts to discharge into the environment and into the school buildings causing unsanitary and can be a series health hazard in building and premises.
The anticipated delivery is January 29, 2024
