This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6-Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services in conjunction with FAR subpart 13.5-Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services.
