PRESOLICITATION NOTICE

The Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center (MEDVAMC) has a requirement for preventive maintenance and repair of various pieces of hospital janitorial equipment at its facility located at 2002 Holcombe Blvd. in Houston, TX 77030.  Services include providing preventive maintenance and repair of various pieces of janitorial equipment used to maintain a sanitary, safe, and aesthetically pleasing environment to patients and staff.  Equipment must comply with all applicable codes and manufacturers recommended specifications for safe operation.

The contract is expected to be firm, fixed-price for one 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods.

This is a pre-solicitation notice only. Interested parties should watch for the issuance of the solicitation and associated documents on or about January 18, 2024, which will contain the specific instructions and work requirements.
