SPECIAL NOTICE OF INTENT
THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO NEGOTIATE A SOLE SOURCE FIRM FIXED PRICE BRIDGE REQUIREMENT. THIS NOTICE IS UNDER THE AUTHORITY OF FEDERAL ACQUISITION REGULATION (FAR) PART 6.302-1, ONLY ONE RESPONSIBLE SOURCE AND NO OTHER SUPPLIES OR SERVICES WILL SATISFY AGENCY REQUIREMENTS. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES.

NAICS Code 541512, Ventech Solutions, Inc; business size standard is $34M.

The Defense Health Agency (DHA), Ft Sam Houston, TX intends to negotiate a sole source contract award to Ventech Solutions, Inc, for FY24 Guest Wireless Local Area Network (GWLAN) Sustainment Services for a base period of performance beginning November 15, 2023, through March 14, 2024, one six-month optional period - 3/15/2024 - 9/14/2024 and two-month optional period -9/15/2024 - 11/14/2024.

This will bridge the current task order HT001519F0003 which was competed, to the new competed award, HT001123F0078, which was awarded on 30 September 2023, but is currently delayed.

This bridge is to continue providing world-wide medical systems network, to include wide area, wired local area, and wireless local area networks infrastructure review, design, installation, modernization, and overall program support to the Defense Health Agency (DHA) and their partners, including all DoD and Armed Forces medical related requirements. The program also provides support by assessing and supporting the Services (Army, Navy, and Air Force) and Military Health Services, medical information technology needs that affect healthcare delivery.
