Lease for approximately 10,300 Sq Ft of office and warehouse space

The U.S. Government seeks to lease an approximately 10,300 sq ft of office and warehouse space suitable for administrative and training activities. The space should be approximately 1.7 acres in size and have sufficient parking on site to accommodate privately owned vehicles and the ability to securely store government and military vehicles as deemed appropriate by the Government. The desired site will be utilized by the U.S. Army Reserve for the general activities associated with their personnel, vehicles, and equipment and shall be the sole occupant of the leased area. The property needs to be within a 50-mile radius of North Platte, Lincoln County, Nebraska. Final site selection will be determined, among other things, by the availability to satisfy they Government’s requirements and that which is the most economically advantageous to the Government to include possible relocation costs, if any.

All utilities, real estate taxes, insurance, trash removal, cleaning services, snow removal, and ground maintenance must be included in the rent costs. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The Lease terms will be for one (1) year with an option to extend for up to four (4) additional 1-year terms.

Expressions of interest should include building name and address, location of space within the building, rentable square feet offered, a site plan and a floor plan for the offered building and should be submitted to the primary contact included in this solicitation.
