Description
UNICOR intends to enter into a one (1) base year with four (4) option year firm fixed price, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract for ERGONOMIC OFFICE FURNITURE ACCESSORIES for various UNICOR factories in Ashland, KY AND Coleman, FL. The solicitation number is FN1518-21 and this solicitation is issued as a Request For Quote. The minimum delivery order quantity is $100 each delivery order and the maximum delivery order quantity is $500,000.00 EA PER DELIVERY ORDER. Delivery date requested is 14 days for each delivery order. Variation in quantity +/-10 %. NAICS CODE IS 33999. Offerors are advised that the Government intends to evaluate offers on a single award basis. Offerors shall submit signed and dated offers to UNICOR, Federal Correctional Complex, PO BOX 1109, COLEMAN, FL 33521 ATTN: Peyton Perry (peyton.perry@usdoj.gov). All Proposals should be emailed to peyton.perry@usdoj.gov. The subject of the email should reference FN1518-21. All offerors must complete the Business Management questionnaire in Section L of solicitation document with three references. References must be for same or similar items, and for the same scope of solicitation. All Offerors must register on www.sam.gov All offerors must acknowledgment all amendments if any. Offers received after the exact time and date specified will not be considered. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror or offeror's whose offer represents the best value to the government. The following factors shall be used to evaluate proposals: Refer to attached solicitation for information regarding the elements that will be considered for award. A written notice of award or acceptance of an offer will be emailed or otherwise furnished to the successful offeror within the time for acceptance specified in the offer, shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party.
