Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Jesup, intends to issue a solicitation RFQP03072200014 for the requirements of: QUARTERLY SUBSISTENCE. FOB Destination, delivery dates will begin April 01st, 2022 – April 30th, 2022. Deliveries will be made to Federal Correctional Institution, Jesup, 2600 HWY 301 South, Jesup, Ga 31599. The contract type is firm ‑fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make a formal single or multiple awards. The Government will award to the responsible offer(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, that are considered to be most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered, prices being rated higher than past performance.Do not bid on items that are dependent on the award of other items. Items delivered will be accepted in accordance with FAR 52.211-16, Variation in Quantity at 10 percent and 52.211-17, Delivery of Excess Quantities up to $250 in value without compensating. Excess items over the exact quantity ordered will be returned at the contractors’ expense or retained without compensation to the contractor. The solicitation will be made available on or about January 26th, 2022 and will be posted to the https://beta.sam.gov/. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to insure of having the most up to date information about this solicitation. The bids are to be received no later than Friday, February 25th, 2022 at 12:00pm. Delivery will not be accepted sooner than April 01st, 2022. Payments will be made using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or via Government Purchase Card for awards of $10000.00 or less. Each offer is required per 52.212‑3 to complete their representations and certifications via the on-line Representation and Certification Applications (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov.
