Description

The Contractor shall install one new/required parts (to include the Condensing Unit and the Evaoprator Cooler) and make the Walk-cooler unit in Room 303A operational.

The Contractor will provide and install parts for the cooler unit.

Provide and install a Penn A421 series electronic temperature control with off cycle defrost (per manufacture recommendations) on the cooler unit.

Contractor will assess Government supplied parts and provide any additional parts required for full refrigeration operations.

Contractor supplied parts will be manufactured by Copeland/Emerson, or equivalent quality:
