Description
Pre-Solicitation Notice of intent to award a sole source contract. This is not a solicitation. The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate a sole source contract for reagents for the discovery ultra-tissue staining system from Roche Diagnositics, 9115 Hague Rd., P.O. The authority for this action is FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i): Only one source is reasonably available due to licensing agreements.
