Description

REQUEST FOR INFORMATION QUESTIONS 1. Would your customer be interested in a motor driven 24-volt system with custom stop and go programming? Answer: The site was not built for motor driven conveyor system therefore not able to accept a 24-volt system. (Motor driven system require electrical that was not included at the site) 2. All the salient characteristics would be met exactly as described. Answer: The site is built according to plan therefore we ask that the procurement to match with infrastructure that was built specifically for that condition. 3. We installed the whole conveyor and bagging system at the Hines IL VA for the CPAP shipping and distribution center and they ship out anywhere from 10,000 to 16,000 pieces daily. We could design a system however your customer desires to include taking away the trays after use.  Answer: No because the site was not built for additional electrical. 4. Can the delivery date be adjusted? Answer: Yes, we can coordinate. 5. The tender says within 90 days and are able to get an extension if possible Answer: Yes, we will work with the vendor s first available date. 6. Viewing the documents in respect to the photos of the existing wire box below the unit is used for plugging in the equipment, correct? Answer: Electrical raceway (wire box) is used for plugging in other types of kitchen equipment. The conveyor solicitation did not require electrical. 7. Does the hospital require the shelves shown below? or just simply the roller table itself? Answer: The shelves are not a requirement on this solicitation. The shelves are procured separately.
