Brand Name S&C Vista Pad Mounted Medium Voltage Switchgears

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation being issued to procure BRAND NAME S&C Vista Pad Mounted Medium Voltage Switchgears. The ERDC Information Technology Laboratory (ITL) is responsible for managing the ITL Electrical distribution infrastructure. Brand name S&C Vista Pad Mounted Medium Voltage Switchgears are required to integrate the resilient mobile modular uninterruptable micro grid into the electrical distribution infrastructure. Brand name S&C is required for the seamless interchangeability of parts in the existing systems.

The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price, and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers:
1. Lowest Price and
2.Technically Acceptable

It is imperative that the offeror submit sufficient documentation and information for the Government to determine technical acceptability and quoted price. Failure to submit sufficient information for the Government to determine technical acceptability and quoted price may be cause for rejection of your quote. Please complete the attached SF 1449 including Section G and return the quote.

***The purpose of this amendment is to update the Description of Requirements (DOR) in Section C to update the requirements under DOR 2.1.
