Description

The U.S. Embassy, London is issuing solicitation #19UK5622R0001 to establish an IDIQ for Painting services at Mission UK properties to include: 

- Protection of Floors & Furniture
- Preparation of Ceilings
- Preparation of Walls
- Preparation of Woodwork
- Preparation of Metalwork
- Painting Ceilings
- Painting Walls
- Painting Woodwork
- Varnishing Woodwork
- Painting Metalwork

Please find RFP package #19UK5622R0001 attached with this solicitation notice.

There will be a site visit at 10:00 on Wednesday April 6, 2022 at Lawrence Mews, 257-259 Upper Richmond Road, Putney, London SW15 6DL. If you are interested in attending, please respond before 12 noon on Monday April 4, 2022 with your company name and name of attendee. Due to the current situation with COVID-19, we request that interested companies limit themselves to a single attendee and that all site visit attendees bring an appropriate face covering. 

Bids are due in before 17:00 on Tuesday May 10, 2022. Please send your completed bid electronically to LondonProc@state.gov.

In order for a proposal to be considered, you must also complete and submit the following:

  1. SF-1442
  2. Section B - pricing (p.3-10 of solicitation document)
  3. Section K, Representations and Certifications and ensure 52.229-11 completed with W-14 and NDAA Representation form is returned
  4. Additional information as required in Section L – Qualifications of Offerors (p74-5 of solicitation document)

Registration in the U.S. Government’s System for Award Management (SAM) www.sam.gov is mandatory for all overseas awards over $30,000. A summary and walkthrough document have been provided for your information. Registering in SAM is free, but the process can take several weeks. Consequently, if your bid is priced at $30,000 or more, your company must have an active registration at the time your bid is submitted in order to be considered for technical evaluation.

If you have any questions regarding this RFQ or clarifications pursuant to the site visit, please email them to LondonProc@state.gov before 17:00 on Friday April 22, 2022. The Embassy’s responses will be sent in writing to all vendors on our list of interested parties.
