Notice of Intent to Sole Source Unipoc Software Service/Upgrade for Crow Service Unit

The Billings Area Indian Health Services hereby submits a notice to award a sole source, firm fixed price contract glucometer software services at the Crow Service Unit, Crow Agency, MT, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Due to the OEM software requirements for the equipment Siemens Heathineers Abbott Diabetes Care will be awarded.. The company shall provide software that will interface the glucometers with our computer electronic health record and also make the management website available to the program coordinator via Microscoft Edge.

This is not a request for competitive proposal and no solicitation is available.  Firms that believe they can provide the software are encouraged to identify themselves and give written notification within 3 days of the publication date of this notice.  A determination by the Government not to compete this action is within the discretion of the Government.  Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining to conduct a competitive procurement.
