Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

Please see the attachments to this notice for all pertinent details related to this requirement.

This solicitation number 12FPC323Q0111 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ), and the acquisition procedures at FAR Part Subpart 12 & 13.5 are being utilized. The Government anticipates issuing a Firm Fixed Price award.

This acquisition is open market with no set-aside being issued. The applicable NAICS code is 541690 - Other Scientific and Technical Consulting Services, which has a size standard of $19.0 Million. For more information on size standards visit http://www.sba.gov/size.

Quotes are due no later than September 18, 2023, NLT 2:00pm ET.

Emailed quotes will be accepted. Quotes shall be submitted on company letterhead, signed, dated and sent via email to Bobby Copenny II, Contract Specialist at bobby.copenny@usda.gov no later than September 18, 2023, @2:00pm ET.
