Description

This was awarded from a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.  The announcement constituted the only solicitation; quotes were being requested and a written solicitation was not issued. The solicitation was published for 18 days and 1 quote was received. The decision was to award to the vendor, produce meets the technical capacity listed in the Minimum Specifications within this solicitation, and the price was determined to be reasonable as per FAR 15-403-1(c) Adequate Price Competition, and this vendor price was below the IGCE.  This decision is considered the Best Value to the Government in terms of the evaluating factors for Technical and Price.
