Notice of Intent to Single Source - Licensed Clinical Social Worker Services

The Indian Health Service, Navajo Area, Gallup Indian Medical Center located at 516 E. Nizhoni Blvd., Gallup, New Mexico intends to negotiate a single-source award with One Stop Recruiting LLC for one (1) licensed clinical social worker to provide services at the Gallup Indian Medical Center from April 1, 2023 through June 30, 2023.

The NAICS code is 621330, Office of Mental Health Practitioners (except Physicians) with a small business set aside standard of $9.0 million applies. In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), for purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold contracting officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available.

This notice of intent is not a request for quotations and a solicitation will not be issued in conjunction with the notice of intent. Any vendor that believes it can provide the stated services may provide a capability statement. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered.

Responses to this notice shall be received no later than 1:00 pm MDT on March 30, 2023.

A determination by the Government whether to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competition or proceed with a single-source award.
