The information gathered for market research will be vital in the formulation and set-aside status of the solicitation.

The Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) has a requirement for a queuing system with post, belts and signs under Commissary Equipment Description (CED) 1E06-A (see attachment). The queuing systems with posts, belts and signs must meet the following mandatory generalized specifications of the Commissary Equipment Description (CED) 1E06-A. Queuing systems with posts, belts, and signs will support all commissary locations worldwide. Supplies may be solicited as a 100% small business set-aside under NAICS 339950 (Size Standard: 500 employees).
