Description
AMENDMENT 0002:
This amendment adds a revision to the current Statement of Work (SOW) by addressing questions received in response to this solicitation and additional clarifications.
1. Requirement for pow er distribution units and spider portable electrical distribution units are no longer required.
2. Note added to name OP as Olympic Pier, MP as Marginal Pier and FP as Floral Point.
3. Note added under Period of Performance (POP) to clarify POP requirements.
All other Terms and Conditions remain the same.

Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement for Improved Night/Day Fire Control Observation Devices (INOD BLK III) in support of Naval Special Warfare Command.
The proposed contract action is for the rentals for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate on a competitive basis under a 100% setaside for small business.
Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors may obtain information on SAM registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 866-606-8220 or via https://sam.gov.
This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the procedures at FAR subpart 13.5. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

All changes to the requirement that occur prior to the closing date will be posted to Contract Opportunities on https://sam.gov/. It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor https://sam.gov/ for any amendments, which may be issued to this solicitation.
