Catholic Religious Education Coordinator for Eglin AFB

The Air Force Test Center, Operational Contracting Division, Eglin AFB, Florida intends to
solicit and award a firm‐fixed price contract for an individual or small business to serve as a
Catholic Religious Education Coordinator. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for
commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with
additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only
solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The
announcement number is FA2823-23-Q-3002. This acquisition is 100% set‐aside for Small
Business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this
acquisition is 813110 with a size standard of $8 M. Please identify your business size in your
response based upon this standard.
The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible
offeror whose quote, conforming to the solicitation, provides the lowest evaluated price for a
product meeting or exceeding the minimum standards set forth in the specifications outlined in
the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS)‐ATTACHMENT 1.
Requirement – Base plus four (4) Option years with Period of Performance ending 30 Sep
2027.
Roman Catholic Religious Coordinator is to provide services and support to the Archangel
Catholic community at Eglin Air Force Base in accordance with the attached PWS.
