Description

Please submit a signed copy of the solicitation, admendment 0001, and 0002 by the due date of September 20, 2023.

ARMY CONTRACTING COMMAND – Detroit (ACC-DTA) is soliciting for a Sole Source Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Contract, with one year buying option period to DIRAK Inc. , McMaster-Carr Supply Co. or an authorized distributers, for the item specified.

Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source, the United States Army Contracting Command - Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed price (FFP), sole sourced to DIRAK Inc., McMaster-Carr Supply Co. or an authorized distributer.
