Description
The U.S. Department of State (DOS) has a requirement for a qualified Contractor to provide Local Guard Services to support the U.S. Mission in The Hague and Amsterdam. The Government requires a secure environment to conduct their mission. The Contractor shall provide the organizational structure, management, and qualified staff at levels adequate to meet or exceed the requirement contained in the Performance Work Statement. The Contractor shall be required to provide services in a manner that prevent loss or injury to U.S. personnel, dependents, property; destruction of assets; to prevent unauthorized access; and deter potential terrorist attacks. Anticipated period of performance is one base year and four one-year options (to be exercised at the sole discretion of the Government).
All contracted personnel, regardless of nationality, will be required to pass a background investigation conducted by the Contractor and a separate background investigation conducted by the U.S. Government to certify their suitability for employment under this contract.
Once the solicitation is posted on sam.gov. The offerors will have approximately thirty (30) days to submit proposals. All dates are subject to change and any change will be posted on this site.
Site Visits information will be posted on the solicitation Section L. 1, for the U.S. Mission facility in U.S Embassy The Hague. Offerors are requested to provide notice of their interest to attend site visit should (i.e., name of representative, name of firm, address) to Yenny Adams at AdamsYR@state.gov by May 11, 2023 by 10 AM ET.
Interested offerors shall request access to the documents posted via sam.gov and request help from the help desk at sam.gov for access. In addition offerors shall be registered in sam in order to be evaluated and provide the Unique Entity ID and provide proof of registration. Questions shall be directed to Yenny Adams only to AdamsYR@state.gov as described on Section L.
