Attached is the AIE Next Industry Day - Brief

This Draft Request for Proposal (RFP) is being released for informational purposes only and serves to mutually benefit the Government and Industry.  The Government is currently looking for best practices and Industry feedback to include questions and concerns regarding this Draft RFP.  The Government requests Industry feedback with comments and/or questions no later than 17:00 (EST) Monday, June 20th by completing and returning the Draft RFP Q&A excel attachment to brian.k.petchel.civ@army.mil.  All comments and questions received from the Draft RFP will be reviewed by the Government with the intention of incorporation into the updated RFP.  The Government will attempt to answer these questions and incorporate responses into the AIE-Next Industry Day briefing; however, all questions and answers will be posted on SAM.gov.

In addition, there will be an AIE-Next Industry Day Thursday, June 23rd starting at 08:00 (EST) on MS Teams. The Industry Day briefing is anticipated to last roughly one hour, followed by one-on-one discussions.  The time slots (all EST) for the one-on-one discussions are available: 10:00-10:55, 11:00-11:55, 12:00-12:55, 13:00-13:55, 14:00-14:55, 15:00-15:55, and 16:00-16:55.  The time slots will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis.   Please submit your primary and alternate time slot selections.  You will be receive an email confirming the time slot.  All comments and/or questions received during the one-on-one discussions and all comments and/or questions received by 12:00 (EST) Friday, July 1st will be reviewed by the Government with the intention of incorporation into the updated RFP.   All questions and answers will be posted on SAM.gov.
