2. There is no Technical Data Package (TDP) associated with this procurement. Only the Manufacturer's Part Number is approved.

3. Interested Offerors shall submit a proposal via email, no later than Friday, 9 February 2024 at 4:30PM EST, to the Contract
Specialist (lisa.r.roulo.civ@army.mil) and cc the corresponding Contracting Officer (valencia.d.lane.civ@army.mil) with the subject header: Proposal Submission - W56HZV-23-R-0062 (company name). Once a proposal is received, the Contract Specialist/Contracting Officer will reply with the respective Offeror stating receipt of proposal submission.

CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is, in fact, unable to maintain a mailing list. The burden is therefore on any interested parties to periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued.
