Description
This is a sources sought notice issued in accordance with FAR Part 5. For information regarding this acquisition, contact the Contracting point of contact listed herein. All inquiries shall be in writing.
The U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) Acquisition Directorate (CG-9) intends to award at least one (1) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to obtain contractor support services for non-inherently governmental contracting, system support, and administrative support for the Contracting & procurement (C&P) enterprise on behalf of CG-912 and CG-913. These tasks include support at the HQ location as well as other locations throughout the USCG for specific tasks identified in the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS).
It is anticipated that at least one (1) Firm Fixed-price BPA will be awarded with a minimum period of performance of five (5) years. The USCG anticipates releasing a solicitation as an 8(a) set-aside under the General Services Administration (GSA) Multiple Award Schedule (MAS).
The primary place of performance for this task order is the USCG Headquarters, Douglas A. Munro Headquarters Building, 2703 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., SE, Washington, DC. 20593. Options exist for telecommuting and off-site work as proposed by the Contractor and approved by CG-912/913 in accordance with the PWS.
Concerns having the required capabilities to provide the services described in the attached draft PWS are requested to submit complete information discussing those qualifications by Noon EST, on 16 January 2024 via email to Contracting Officer Ryan Shaughnessy at Ryan.W.Shaughnessy@uscg.mil.
In your response you must include a positive statement of your intention to submit a bid for this solicitation as a prime contractor under GSA MAS as well as evidence of past performance with requirements similar in size, scope, and complexity to those in the PWS. The USCG will also accept any industry questions and suggested changes related to the attached PWS for consideration. Inquiries or information received after the established deadline may NOT be considered for this acquisition.
Submission of this data for review shall not impede award of this contract as planned. This is a sources sought notice for information and planning purposes only. This does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ) and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, nor will the Government pay for information solicited. No solicitation exists at this time; therefore, do not request a copy of the solicitation.
