Description
The U.S. Army Contracting Command – New Jersey (ACC-NJ) on behalf of the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM) Armaments Center, Strategic Management and Process Office has a requirement to purchase an all-inclusive Annual Membership to APQC Benchmarking Database. This membership includes access to and use of content including The Knowledge Base, The Benchmarking Portal, Knowledge Management Capability Assessment Tool (KM CAT), MosaiQ, and Webinars. The anticipated effort will include a base year and four (4) additional option years, for a total period of performance of five (5) years. The U.S. Army intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a firm fixed price purchase order on a sole source basis to American Productivity & Quality (APQC), Incorporated, 123 N. Post Oak Lane, Suite 300, Houston, TX, 77024. The proposed sole source acquisition will utilize Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
The authority being utilized for the proposed effort is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1).
This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, or quotation, which shall be considered by the Government.
The NAICS code for this effort is 519130 and the small business size standard is 1000 Employees.
THIS SYNOPSIS DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A REQUEST FOR QUOTE/REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFQ/RFP). Further, this synopsis is not a guarantee of a future RFQ/RFP and should be not be construed as a commitment of any kind by the U.S. Government. Responses to this synopsis are not considered quotes/proposals, and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract.
