Description
The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Paria River District/Kanab Field Office intends to award a single, firm-fixed price contract for the supply and construction of approximately 5,000 Linear Feet (LF) of 4-wire (3-barbed and 1 barbless wire) fences for Bryce Camp Boundary. The Contractor shall be responsible for all labor, materials, and equipment needed for the construction of a new fence per drawings and specifications.
The work is located in Garfield County, UT. The contract period of performance is 30 days from issuance of the notice to proceed.
This project will be 100% set aside for small business vendors under the North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 238990 - All Other Specialty Trade Contractors. Davis Bacon Act (DBA) is applicable and the appropriate DBA Wage Determination(s) will be included in the solicitation.
Request for Quote (RFQ) under solicitation number 140L5722Q0019, will be posted electronically at sam.gov on August 09, 2022. To obtain the solicitation and/or amendments/updates for this project, contractors shall monitor the solicitation at the sites listed above. Interested parties shall periodically check for amendments and other changes to the solicitation documents. In accordance with FAR 36.204, the estimated magnitude of this construction project is Less than $25,000. No bid bond is required or payment/performance bonds are required.
