Description

This is a NOTICE OF INTENT to Award a Sole Source Modification for a Ceiling Increase under Contract 75F40119D10041. The Government intends to issue a sole source modification to FY24 precisionFDA IDIQ per Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The modification will increase the ceiling of the existing Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract 75F40119D10041 from $20,000,000.00 to $23,036,960.56 to allow for a non-competitive, short-term, 6-month task order award in conjunction with raising the ceiling of the existing IDIQ.

THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS. However, interested parties may identify their capability or address any inquiries by responding to the Contract Specialist prior to 3:00PM Eastern Standard Time, September 20, 2024, via email Allison.Meads@fda.hhs.gov. No reimbursement for any costs connected with providing capability information will be provided.
