PRON: AX2L0323AX. The Government proposes to acquire on a five-year Indefinite Quantity Requirements (IDR) contract an initial quantity of 70 each up to 370 each of a TOOL SET AVIA FT LO, NSN: 5180-01-560-0584, Part Number: 1024767-1.

Production Lead Time (PLT) 240 Days After Contract Award (DACA) with deliveries to NEW CUMBERLAND, PA 17070-5002. Forecasted quantities are: 1st Year 70 each, 2nd Year 75 each, 3 rd Year 75 each, 4th Year 75 each, 5th Year 75 each.

This requirement is a 100% Woman Owned Small Business Set-Aside in accordance with FAR 19.1505. Only offers from Women Owned Small Business firms will be considered.

The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions.

All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
