Description

AMENDMENT 0001 is to change the Site Visit RSVP deadline from 3PM on June 15 to 10am on June 15 due to the facility requirement for a 24-hour notice for all visitors.  See attached Amend 0001 form.

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking qualified and capable contractors to submit offers for an elevator refurbishment project at FAA's Air Route Traffic Control Center (ARTCC) located in Auburn, Washington.


This procurement is being set aside for a small business. The NAICS code for this project is 811310 - Commercial & Industrial Machinery & Equipment Repair & Maintenance, which has a small business size standard of $11.0 Million.

Work included in project:

1. Refurbish elevator to include new mechanical components; electrical components; communications; and controls.
2. Existing car enclosures, car doors, and hoistway door panels are to be retained.
3. Project to include 12 months’ maintenance service agreement.
