Description

127EAX23R0002 – Bradshaw Ranger District Water Leak Repairs

Description of Work:  Prescott National Forest, Bradshaw Ranger District, Arizona has a requirement to excavate soil on the east side of this administrative building exposing the exterior of the subterranean concrete wall of the basement, to fill cracks and repair the defects of this wall, attach a water proofing membrane to the wall, to backfill, to repair damage to down spouts and drains, to pour concrete up to the building, to install planters with desert plants and to install and anchor park benches.

All work shall be completed in accordance with project specifications and current building codes. The work includes all labor, material, supervision, and equipment necessary to perform all the operations for the work specified herein.

The Contractor shall be responsible for any necessary site investigations, for detailed and accurate material lists, and all field measurements necessary to complete the construction. Sidewalk closures and building permits shall be obtained from the City of Prescott by the Contractor.

Basis for Award:  The Government Anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed-Price Contract using RFP Best Value-Tradeoffs:  Award will be made to the offer that meets or exceeds the requirements contained herein, at the price that is most advantageous to the government will be determined to be the best value. Price reasonableness will be determined by using competitive solicitation process.

Magnitude of project is between $25,000 and $100,000.
