Description
The contractor shall furnish one Substance Use Disorder Treatment (SUDT) Psychiatrist and two General Psychiatrists to perform psychiatric care for Veterans and other eligible beneficiaries on site, or virtual, at SLVHCS at 2400 Canal Street, New Orleans, LA 70119, or at any of the eight Community Based Outpatient Clinics listed on page 5 of the attached solicitation. The contractor’s board certified or board eligible psychiatrist(s) care shall cover the range of Substance Use Disorder Treatment (SUDT) psychiatry and general psychiatry services as would be provided in a state-of-the-art civilian medical treatment facility and the standard of care shall be of a quality, meeting or exceeding currently recognized national standards as established by the American Psychiatric Association (APA) Guidelines: American Psychiatric Association Practice Guidelines (psychiatryonline.org)
The Contractor shall propose a minimum of three (3) key personnel to be credentialed and be available for scheduling to meet the requirements of the contract.
