Description

This Sources Sought Notice/Request for Information is intended for information and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a commitment or a promise of a contract by the Government. This is not a solicitation. This notice does not constitute an Invitation for Bid, Request for Quote, or Request for Proposal, nor does it restrict the Government as to the ultimate acquisition approach. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any costs incurred in preparation of a response to this notice.

The Notice ID is 70Z08424DOL930002 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The SSN/RFI document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-06. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561621 with a small business size standard of $25.00M.

This requirement is unrestricted and only qualified sellers may submit bids.

LI 001: This announcement constitutes a Sources Sought to determine the capability of potential sources and the availability of commercial sources pursuant to FAR Part 10.This notice is issued by the United States Coast Guard (USCG) DOL-93, Norfolk, VA to identify qualified and experienced sources capable of providing Inspections, Testing, and Maintenance of Fire Sprinkler Systems at USCG Academy (CGA), New London, CT for a base plus four option periods, if exercised by the Government, beginning on or about 01 May 2024. *** see attached Performance Work Statement for additional information***, 1, EA;
